When you place an order or create an account we collect the information needed to process it:

• Name, email address, telephone number
• Shipping and billing addresses
• Order contents, order history and communications with us
• Any information you include in a support request

We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Card data is collected and processed directly by our payment processor.

When you browse the site we automatically collect certain technical information:

• IP address, approximate location derived from it, and time zone
• Browser type, operating system and device characteristics
• Pages viewed, referring pages, search terms and interaction events
• Cookie and similar identifiers

We receive information about you from service providers who help us operate the store, including our ecommerce platform, payment processor, shipping carriers, fraud prevention tools and advertising platforms.

We use personal information to:

• Process, fulfill and ship your orders and communicate with you about them
• Provide customer support and respond to enquiries
• Screen orders for fraud and assess risk
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
• Send marketing communications where you have opted in, which you can stop at any time
• Measure and improve how the site and our advertising perform

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: strictly necessary functions such as your cart and session, analytics that tell us how the site is used, and advertising that measures campaign performance and shows relevant ads on third-party platforms.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site, including checkout. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one.

We share personal information with:

• Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including our ecommerce platform, payment processor, shipping carriers, email provider and analytics providers
• Advertising platforms, for measuring and targeting advertising, which under California law is treated as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising
• Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

We do not sell personal information for money. We do share personal information with advertising platforms as described above, and you can opt out of that sharing using the section below.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act gives you the following rights:

• Right to know what personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to
• Right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
• Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email support@harborlabsusa.com with the subject line Privacy Request. We will verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming details of a recent order. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete and port their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Use the same contact route above and tell us which state you reside in.

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. Where information is no longer needed we delete it or aggregate it so it no longer identifies you.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is not directed to children. You must be at least 21 years of age to use this site or place an order. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
